Positivity is seeing the positives in a negative situation. When you or other people are going through a tough time, it is recognising that there are reasons to be positive and grateful.
However, negativity is seeing the faults in situations and people. It is concentrating on the things that went wrong, when things did go right.
Rather than seeing the negatives, you can make yourself feel good by training yourself to see the positives in people and every situation.
Positivity is one of the most important assets you can have. Because positive thoughts produce positive results, positive people have success, happiness and good relationships, your thoughts are powerful.
Ways to Bring Positivity into Your Life

You need to fully believe in those good things you wish to happen, otherwise they may not happen.
#2. Practice gratitude
Daily practicing of gratitude can have a powerful positive effect on your mind.

When we start our day believing that we are going to have a good day, we usually do have a good one.

When we go for a brisk walk our feel good hormones are produced, which means that we are going to be more positive.

You can find videos on youTube, google funny images or even watch a comedy movie or show that will make you laugh or smile.

Repeating affirmations out loud to yourself can have a powerful effect on you. As well as writing them down. Examples to use are ‘I am worthy’ and ‘I am enough’.

There is no good in not forgiving. When we forgive we find relief and happiness.
