In this busy world, we need something to make us feel good and to help us relax.
Throughout this article, I will help you understand the definition of mindfulness and its benefits.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness means to be fully aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings, without judgment.
So when you go for a mindful walk you actually take notice of every little detail and all that you discover; the trees, flowers, and cars, instead of thinking about what is for dinner or thinking about what you will be doing at work tomorrow.
