What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness means to be fully aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings, without judgement.
So when you go for a mindful walk you actually take notice of every little detail and all that you discover; the trees, flowers, and cars, instead of thinking about what is for dinner or thinking about what you will be doing at work tomorrow.
